Stretch, move, and relax together! Baby & Me Yoga is a gentle, playful class designed for babies, ages 0-3 and their caregivers. Enjoy simple yoga movements and bonding activities in a welcoming, relaxed setting. No previous yoga experience is needed. Bring a blanket or yoga mat for you and your little one, or one will be provided. Class presented by Carissa Zalabany
